Inject some cool ’50s style into your home’s veins, with the Arne Jacobsen reissue of the AJ wall light. First designed in 1956, it was part of the Louis Poulsen range which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

The light yellow green color is a new shade for the lamp, but based on the original colors the Danish designer used. It’s a design classic with its asymmetrical shape and tiltable head, perhaps not as well known as the Anglepoise, but should impress any design buffs. Rather pricey at £357 ($552), sadly.
