Some of you might have seen this already, but it’s making the rounds again and it’s very much worth your time if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s a fan-made animation — a shockingly well-done one, I might add — which explains the story being Han Solo ditching the cargo that caused Jabba to put a bounty on him (note: it wasn’t exactly his fault). Not only is it a swell story, well-told, but the character designs are actually a great hybrid between the CG Clone Wars cartoon and the Genndy Tartakovsky one, in my opinion. And the guy who does Han Solo’s voice is fucking outstanding — it’s uncanny how much he sounds like young Harrison Ford. The only problem is that the short is in 3-D — which I suppose it great if you have 3-D glasses, but is mildly annoying if you don’t (I don’t). Still, don’t let that stop you from checking it out.
