You might not know the name, and you might not know the show. But the British actor was the star of Manimal, the 1983 NBC show about a scientist who could turn into various animals and used this power to solve crimes.He also starred in many far more acclaimed and less goofy roles, including the British medical drama Casualty. MacCorkindale passed away on Friday from cancer.
