Cue Thus Spake Zarathustra, Please

You may or may not recall that back in October, ThinkGeek — deliberately and with malicious intent — pretended to offer a Monolith “action figure” from 2001: A Space Odyssey. It didn’t really exist, and ThinkGeek was just fucking with us all.

Then I threatened to beat all of their employees to death with a bone, Monolith-inspired primate-style.

So today, ThinkGeek is proudly offering the real and purchasable Monolith action figure for $13 right here. Can I take full credit for this happening? Probably. You may thank me at your leisure. Meanwhile, I’ll be sitting here wondering why the Monolith’s list of action features doesn’t include “the ability to throw a bone into the air and have it turn into a spaceship.”
