​Sadly, this is not part of Hasbro’s next G.I. Joe toys or even its Transformers line. This is the Decepti-Cobra Obliterator, custom made by Dr. Vile (a.k.a. Jean-Paul Lesperance). The massive robot is made up of two Cobra ATVs, one Cobra jeep, two HISSes, and a Transformers movie Scorponok — all of which transform into their own robots, naturally.
