It must not be easy being the plumber brothers that save the princess from the same bad guys over and over again.

But what if things took a grittier and more realistic route? What if Luigi returned and tried to have a normal life in the real world, away from the insanity of the Mushroom Kingdom?

The user MF_Doom on Spaceghetto (a website for artists to share their works) decided to show us exactly what would happen to the world-famous Mario Brothers if they tried to be normal like everyone else, and it is amazing. If this guy used this idea and drew a graphic novel or comic book about it … I would buy it in a heartbeat!
