Sony Pictures has released an extended film clip from the film Burlesque which features Christina Aguilera singing the song ‘Something’s Gotta Hold on Me’. It should be interesting to see what kind of acting talent Aguilera has if any, she’s definitely got a great voice though.
Aguilera plays Ali in the story, an aspiring singer who moves to Los Angeles with the hope of becoming a big star. She lands a job as a waitress at The Burlesque Lounge, owned and operated by Tess (Oscar winner Cher), and quickly takes center stage as the club’s top performer. But, as with many cases in show business, Ali learns that the road to fame isn’t always — wait for it — what a girl wants.
The film hits theaters on November 24, and it also stars Cher, Eric Dane, Cam Gigandet, Julianne Hough, Peter Gallagher, Alan Cumming, Kristen Bell and Stanley Tucci.
